Perspectives in Management is a blog authored by me, John Forrest.

I am a management consultant and technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience helping people steer organisations of all shapes and sizes through changing environments.

I am a founder and Director of X-en Connect – a company providing web services to assist with skills assessment, association management and enterprise resource planning.

I am the founder and an owner of Holocentric – a company which provides enterprise modeling tools.

I am also trying to establish a not for profit management collaboration community at the Management Alignment Group

My career has been a journey to try and understand how organisations work and over the years my interests have continued to expand to include more and more of the countless dimensions covered by this boundless topic.
